My name is Marie, and I want to help you make the best possible pies & tarts.

Have you ever struggled to make a classic basic all butter crust? How about a pie dough that rolls out with ease and does not fall apart? Or a simple fluted tart shell with no crimping? Are you excited about improving your baking skills?

I owned and operated a Bakery Shop outside of Seattle, on an island! I have dedicated years to developing healthy awesome food! Using quality organic local ingredients and following my methods, you too will be successful.

I have developed a system that is easy to follow. It could be called a pie class or course. Don't worry no homework will be given and you will not be called on to answer any questions, ha ha.

It is the same techniques that my employees used, and many of them had no experience. In step-by-step video tutorials, I will guide you through twenty pie and tart recipes. The same ones that my customers enjoyed so much.

I will show you my first creations: Peach Crumb, Spiced Rhubarb Crumb, and Jumbleberry Crumb.

How about classic double crusted pies: Apple Pie, Strawberry Rhubarb Pie, Wild Blueberry Pie, Blackberry Pie,  and Bumbleberry Pie.

I have some specialties too: Pecan Brownie Pie , Dark Sweet Cherry Lattice Pie, and Fresh Pumpkin Pie.

Learn the cream pies: Lemon Cream Pie, Dark Chocolate Cream pie, and Black Bottom Coconut Cream Pie all with fresh whipped cream of course!

And Chicken Pot Pies!!!

You will learn how SIMPLE it is to make a stock from scratch for a homemade gravy.

Oh, let's not forget the world of tarts. Tarts are even easier.  Spinach Mushroom and Gruyere Tart, Smoked Salmon & Leek Tart, Caramelized Onion Tomato & Goat Cheese Tart, Fresh Raspberry Tartlets, and Cheese Apple Tart.

If you are interested in making a flaky pie crust that contains 100% butter, fruit fillings that use very little sweetener (I use the healthy 'Dehydrated Whole Sugar Cane'), and flavorful savory creations, then come on!

I know you can do it.

Blessings,

Marie
